Tracie Brown is a former Houston police officer. When she observed a white female police officer choke and beat a black female, she was the only officer willing to testify against the police department. She was threatened by the District Attorney’s office and City Attorney, and was falsely accused and wrongly convicted of a theft and attempted theft.
