Manitoba Court declares AJ Woodhouse and Brian Anderson INNOCENT

In a precedent setting ruling, Chief Justice of the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench not only acquitted AJ Woodhouse and Brian Anderson, but acknowledged them as innocent.

July 18, 2023 was a historic and memorable day not only for AJ, Brian, and their families, friends, supporters, and advocates, but for all people who have suffered and endured a wrongful conviction. It brings hope that in the future the INNOCENT will be acknowledged as such.

Hard fought, hard won, but a step in the right direction at long last.

Brian and AJ over the span of almost 50 years never gave in or gave up that the truth would be triumphant. May they be a beacon of hope to those who continue to fight to have the truth unlocked and wrongs righted.
