The Board of Directors of the Woodsworth College Alumni Association (WCAA) at the University of Toronto presented “Wrongful Convictions in Canada: A Conversation with James Lockyer and Ron Dalton” on October 6, 2022.

The discussion centered around the causes of wrongful conviction, the difficult process of getting a wrongful conviction overturned and the tremendous personal, social, emotional and financial costs of wrongful convictions.

WCAA is honoured to have the opportunity to raise awareness and support the tireless work of Mr. Lockyer, Mr. Dalton and Innocence Canada.
