Manitoba judge dismisses part of Frank Ostrowski's wrongful conviction lawsuit

A Manitoba man's lawsuit against Crown attorneys and police involved in the case has hit a snag after a court concluded he took too long to seek legal action. Frank Ostrowski was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Robert Nieman in 1987.
